Winning six NBA championships, six NBA Finals MVPs and five regular season MVPs, Michael Jordan was one of the greatest players to ever play in the NBA.
Mainly because of all his accolades and successes in the NBA, Jordan was inducted into the Naismith Hall of Fame in 2009. However, Jordan's international success is now singly being applauded by FIBA as he will be inducted into its Hall of Fame in September.

Michael Jordan, arguably the greatest player of all time, headlines a list of nine world class basketball personalities from seven different countries that make up the 2015 Class of Inductees to be enshrined into FIBA's Hall of Fame on Saturday 19 September.
Jordan famously won an Olympic gold medal as part of the Dream Team in the 1992 Olympics. He also won a gold medal in 1984 before he entered the NBA.
Although this is no where near some of his other achievements, this is a nice honor for Jordan. At this point, it is just another award for his mantle or trophy case.
